I can't see that box either. I think it ran away exactly at the same time as the KoE exclusive forum was born. That could also explain why me and Kake can't see it, while Persus still can enjoy it.

Yeah taking the guild tag has its down sides... You'll see the shoutbox eventually, but don't know if you get the bars back.
