Alright, this is more like a question. But, It SEEMS to me, that in a relationship, there's always one person messing a little bit with the other. And the "other" in turn has a more needy loving relationship back.
This unnerves me, because as a ground rule, I don't want to mess with people, and I don't wanna get messed with.

Well, Sparr was clearly pointing out that this is what happens between a man and a woman.

I don't mean physically. There's "man" lesbians" and "woman" lesbians too.
I read in a book once that once a girl gets married, she will try to obsessivly work to destroy her husband, undtil she succeeds. In which case, she will stop loving him.
But there's cases with the other thing around too. A DickHead, who gets married, will turn his wife into a wreck, and once he's done that, he's gonna cheat around OFC.
But I see this ALOT. Usually, one part plays on that the other part is useless. It can be the man thinking his GF is behind, or the GF playing boss with the guy. It's a slight differance in power-balance in the relationship, and as time goes on, it just increases, until attraction goes out.

Damn thats good. I'm Woman-bi-sexual, but more into the Gay-homo direction (hetero, gay + homo = gayhomo = hetero, just as - and - is + : D) edit: damn, went offtopic. Irony.. this is offtopic.

Yes, so it might seem, but when both understand that it isn't about getting the upper hand, but working as a team, things work out a lot better. / Pimp (same girl for the last 10 years and still counting...)

You guys were all like 30-35 when you met your wives? Nobody marries people they've known all their life anymore?

Yes and yes, but it isn't very wise to marry someone when you are very young if you want it to hold for a looooong time. / Pimp
