Help, Error

I get a C++ error when loading maps, especially Athos Refuge. Anyone know why, or how? My friend also gets it. It says something like "Could not find C++ something in C:\Documents and Settings\C++"

I mean it's a bit more detailed than what I give but, anyone know what it is?

Also I cannot connect to the Always RC server. It just says could not connect constantly.
