I know there was a topic like mine but it don't works. I downloaded dawnspire from media fire (109.5MB) and when i start the game it says the same error...
Failed to download file:
http://patches.dawnspire.com/PatchFile/Launcher_2007.06.05.exe

Reason:
Could not get host address.

I fixed it...: I launched the game from my deskop and it didnt open the patcher and I could start the game. But it's still dont work from total commander.

That's probably because its a file manager replacement for windows. The game probably isn't compatible when you try to launch it from there. Just a thought
