i think i came to a "yes but less" conclusion and not to a no-no at last.
The next question has a "no pupu-hole" added at the end, and a few questions later, the question is"could you love a chicks character only", when she has nothing for a man sexually appealing left. lol

why do you doubt that. Lets take dogs. They aint as intelligent as human (even though, I wouldnt call human intelligent at all ), but dont they have feelings that makes them loveable, dont they favour things and have attributes like a human likes icecream or would call himself "helpful", "lazy".
Ive seen dogs with human like behaviour. Their personality and behaviour depends on their education, where, how and whats happening around 'em, like humans.
Another love, i'd even say more truthful than some human-human love.

I believe there is a purpose to why humans find it natural to like the opposite gender. Likewise, I believe it's mostly because both genders are needed for reproduction. But if it was the norm, if they were still 'women', then yes.
It's impossible to long for something you've never had.
If it was simply one person with this condition I could imagine that if someone locked me in a house with her for half a year or so I'd be bound to fall in love with this woman.
Because human relationships improve by spending time together. Simple as that.
