Does anyone has experience with this?

I need a GPS, for now, but mainly for next year when I will be travelling europe. So why not get a smartphone instead?


My main concern is the running cost of using the GPS, if it's data-trafic. If you use a standard car GPS, it's never able to fucking bill you, and I don't want a huge bill coming.

EDIT: Seems like smartphone GPS works even without a sim-card so it should be safe ^^
Getting an android smartphone I think ^^
