Problem install Dawnspire

I decided after some time to reinstall Dawnspire, but I have a big problem, the game does not start, I see the loading window open but then closes immediately thereafter.
I read every post on the topic and have installed "Dawnspire_Community_Editir" but nothing, the problem persists. Please help me...

Try turning off your Firewall or making sure the game has access through it. If it works when firewall is off then that's your answer. Not sure what else it could be. Should never have uninstalled it's only about 65 mb

If you are using Vista, try to 'start as admin' your DS

I reformat the computer for problems to XP, so now I want to install DS.
I tried to disable the XP firewall and 3com ruter nothing but the problem remains the same.
If it helps to answer the question, the problem was the same patch installed without
