Dawnspire on Vista x64?

I've been playing dawnspire for some weeks now and i switched from win seven (it seems to hate me for some reason) to Vista Ultimate x64. So once I try starting Dawnspire it gives me an error message that says: "This application failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Well, ok I thought I might try reistalling, did that 3 times and still doesn't work. Also tried getting a new DLL, even though it shouldn't really change anything.

Computer specs:
Core 2 Q6600
nVidia GForce 8800 GTS 512
4 GB RAM
Vista Ultimate x64

Any suggestions as to solving this issue are welcome

oh, never mind got it solved now
If anyone is ever having the same problem with this, just copy the requested DLLs from the c:\windows\system32 folder to c:\windows\system and also this should only give you problems on 64 bit systems.
