Someone should make some new game Tongue This is getting boring, not even funny anymore just spam here.
Yay! Another game...
Here's how it goes. You make a wish, and the next poster corrupts it.

Example:

Poster1: I wish wars would end.
Poster2: Granted, a comet hits the earth destroying all sentient life. No more wars.

Anyway, I'll start.

I wish I would have the power to ban people in here.

Banning everyone will result in a dead forum with you laughing like a lunatic because you think you have some power over us.Only then you will realize you are a spoiled little brat with no social life or friends. After that you will end up sitting alone in a corner crying.

Time for my wish now.
I wish i was trully free

very well, Hullu. A foolproof method of understanding people is of course the ability to read their thoughts. but since I have to corrupt that wish, let's also make it so that you can't turn off this power off yours. This will eventually drive you mad or make you a hermit, because you'd get mentally sick of having to listen sum1 else's thoughts all the time.

man, i suck at this, I couldn't even corrupt his properly, had to come up with this useless story.

anyway, my wish is to find a girl that suits my ideals (intelligent, likes anime, and/or computer games and is not fat) and isn't compeletely out of my league.

umm, sorry for turning this thread into a conversation between me and Hullu, but it's just spam, so what the heck.

IMO, most people would get sick of having to listen sum1 else's thoughts all the time because the world full of morons. Then again, what applies to most people doesn't necessarily apply to Hullu. I'm a pessimist by nature, so my thought patterns are like this, no offense to any1 as a person.

Whatever. But would I really understand anyone even if I would know their thoughs? I don't think so, becaus my main point was, I want to understand other peoples thoughs. I already know it, but I don't understand it.

Most people (excluding me) understand their own thoughts. By knowing their thoughts you probably understand them since their bbrain is producing a thought on the  thought.

Knowing doesn't have anything to do with understanding.

Ah, you find this girl, she is wonderous and perfect, keeping yourself from being too needy and falling to her womanly wiles too much, preserving your self respect, your relationship is a perfect one. As it goes on however, you slowly realize that a girl is not what you needed. The hole within you is not filled. In your joy of finding the perfect girl, you saw past this, you were overwhelmed, and as the initial wave of happiness slowly fades, you realize that the hole was not in the slightest affected. The world around you however, has turned into beauty thanks to this woman, but you are still unfullfilled. Unhappy. And you know, deep down, once this girl senses your unhappyness, it will start to drive her away. She might even blame herself for it. Although you find the thought mildly discomforting, you simply can't bring yourself to care as much as you somehow think you should. It does not matter no more. The hole remains.

My wish:
I want holy powers of goodness, such as of a Paladin.

Addition: OK, it was not very joyful, corrupting someones wish, I think I'll lay off it from this point on.

Knowing doesn't have anything to do with understanding.

to make that thought-reading ability work, you'd have to make the assumption that the way people think is similar to yours. here's an example: Thanks to your ability, You know that some1 wants something, the next thing you should do, is to put yourself in that situation. What would i do, to get that something. Now that you know what he/she must feel like, you should be able to predict his/her "next move"

Anyway, I'm the wrong person to start talking bout understanding other people, but imo, the method i tried explaining above could work even without a thought-reading ability.

then about Sparrisen's wish.

Quote from a spiderman movie: "Great powers bring great responsibility". So let's assume that Sparrisen, the good natured fellow he is, starts to use these paladin powers for the sake of all mankind. For a while everything works out just great, he is like superhero, no actually a lot better than that. Helping each and every1 equally. One day you'd see him saving the world, and right after that you could find him helping a girl who got lost and need's to find her parents.
However, that great responsibility is constantly causing Sparrisen the paladin more stress, and eventually that will start showing in the way he performs as a hero. And once he fails, the media will forget all about his good deeds and classify him as a failure.

I wish, i'd have the ability to judge my own shortcomings correctly and use that information to become a little better person every day.

Only if it would be that simple.
