So going through the Bots on the XML file I can't find Brutal combination for the seeker. Do the bots have a problem with this skill as well?

None of the 10th skills can be used by bots. IIRC they (BC, PP, Displace, Cure and Gash) were not part of the original skills, but rather as a mini-expansion way back, and bot AI was never adapted to them. The one I miss most of those five is Cure hands down, but yes BC would be nice to have on spawning seekers to interrupt caps.
