Although I most likely could do over 30 consecutive push ups now, I'm going to do week 4 again. After all this is about making the 100 eventually and not a speed contest.

Note that I did rest in between, as in, I stood on one arm, in form, resting and stretching out the other arm, and then switching while taking some breaths before continuing. Resting is of course allowed, as long as you stay in position. However, I felt it made the excercise tougher, since even when resting the position strained my arms. So I ended up only resting for 10-15 sec a couple of times to catch breath when I did the 100. Anyway, congratz on hundred, man!

stuck with week 5, since im not motivated enough to push myself until my arms would fall apart. the last time i stress-tested, i did 35 consecutive push-ups. the first 25 felt quite easy but the pain really kicked in during the last 3 push-ups.

Keep at it guys^^ it's not a speed contest I've started back at week 3 again, doing the pushups that Myr suggested. I'll see what happens to my deformed beauties (I don't know what muscles these exersised yet, it was mainly just plain cumbersome^^

Well oddly enough I haven't found the time nor the strength (due to the heat) to start week 5, so there's going to be a bit of a delay for me... I'm still planning to do this though.

Tough one, saying that you WILL do it, but still not doing it. Life is short, do what you wanna do, and don't wait for the world to stop turning first. Anyhow, I've had a hunch from the very beginning that you'll make it through Night , just don't fall for the common "later" excuse.

I guess I swelled up in the right places rather quick, so I took on week 5 now that I've recovered. The Myrmox-pushups totally DEMOLISHES my palms though. Had to switch to wide stance last set to push through. If the weather improves, I'll do them outside, on soft ground, and I think that'll be just fine.

My wrists have exploded with pain. I have understanding now, for anyone complaining about wrist pain. Once I heal up, I will proceed with knuckle-ups instead.

Finally got the time and energy to continue this project. I did 30 push-ups on the exhaustion test, which means I can continue from week 4, right where I left it.

I'm pretty much done for. Sick again, and last week I partied 24/7 (and when I say that, I mean just that) this week I'm back in sweden, and next week will be my initiation into medschool, after which I'll probably start gymming to swell up some. I did 100, even though I got other stuff to worry about now, it was good practise.

I ended up doing 55 in a row, so much more then I could do a few months ago. Dont have the motivation to continue. Was worth it, will restart eventually. Now, project swimming is about the start. O.o
