You are forgetting the good things in life too rev. I'm sure there is a long list of those things to. For example: Happiness, kindness, friendship, love, family, faith, enjoyment, fun, excitement, joy, accomplishment, creation, satisfaction, amazement, discovery, learning/education etc etc...
Anyway, Life is what you make it to be. What we do in life, echos in eternity.

And then, at the first sign of resistance against society, they push you down the ladder, abusing, choking, torturing, inspecting and punishing you.
