It would seem you have downloaded the wrong installer. download and install this version, the community version. It is the only one that works with this master server. Once installed log into game with the same name and password you use for forum.

"My page" - Scroll down to "Servers" and select the server you want - Change "Min play time" to 0.

Don't know how many seconds that takes, but shouldn't be too many.
