Problems with website and forum

Any one else getting problems with both website and forum displaying correctly. On my work PC it keeps displaying with tons of info at the top such as this

I also can't use the shout box. Is this just me on this pc or does anyone else have this problem?

Think my host had some problems this morning, could not access my mail and stuff.
