No, it doesn't. It will depend on the situation. It's not like some guy opens the door for a hot girl just becuase she's hot. He might just be in the mood to actually do something that will most probably make him feel a bit better. The person might also be well taught in which case it is only natural for him/her to open a door even to random strangers.

Guy opening door for HOTTIE, just because he wants to fuck her, and in his world, opening the door might give him some kind of opening to do this.
#Hot girl naturally assumes he wants to fuck her
NET RESULT: Opening the door was actually genuine. They both know what's up, even if it's under the surface.
Situation 2:
Guy opening door for HOTTIE, just because he for some reason wants to be nice.
#Hot girl naturally assumes he wants to fuck her

Well I would have to disagree with you. In the first situation the guy is a fake because he has a hidden agenda for opening the door. He's not doing it for "genuine" reasons, just because he wants to open the door but to achieve something from it.
In the second situation on the other hand the girl is a fake. He assumes the guy has a hidden agenda behind opening the door, which means she is a fake herself. Fake knows (or thinks she knows) a fake.
