Well to prevent an unnecessary about if someone mentioned his topic was about tactically discussions or not I am making this thread. How are your cooperation with the templar been done ? Care to share any thoughts?

My main problem is that I'm too hungry. I SEE the enemy templar, and I SEE my team doing nothing about him. That's where protecting the templar goes out of the window for me. I'm kinda used to have super-kickass templars and I remember maci shouting at vent "JUST KILL THEIR TEMPLAR!!", so that part is íntergrated in my soul now.

Otherwise it works like this. Teams approach eachother. Usually a target approaches my templar, whom I take down. A reaver can do a shitload of damage in no time, if he isn't interrupted, and a target hunting your templar will be unlikely to hit you. Usually, I like to pick my target once they've already decided they want the templar, If I go head on I instead will be the target, and it will take much longer time to slay my enemy.

Templar in NW = go in NW
Templar being CMed = Interrupt CM
Templar being taunted = interrups
RAGE SEEKER = hold rage seeker

etc, in a good world. Sometimes I don't pay attention tho, if that's the case, just tell me so.

Is this rly helpfull to let a Reaver def the templar? Shocked
I would let a Seeker do this if the Seeker has taunt since then he doesnt have to use his bullrush to fast and can stay near the temp and get health and if he has no target anymore then he can rush others and if he would bullrush enemy templar he would Bash the Seeker and ur furry is almost gone if the Witch also makes CE on templar then furry is gone. A Reaver doesnt have the problems so why should a Reaver def the Templar and not a Seeker? Shocked

Seeker should just put Berserker Fury on, bullrush to his target and keep autoattack. If it gets boring, go make yourself a sandwich while doing it.

I have tried bodyguarding with a seeker and it's not as good. Bodyguarding as seeker:'

Taunt
MJ
KB
Rage
BR
bombard

BC could be good too.

I think the main disadvantage is that for a seeker to do a lot of damage, he needs to fire up his fury. It takes a long time to kill a target, compared to flurry/a few normal hits/FA. Also, with a reaver, I usually avoid a lot of damage using well timed interrupts, and sprint, whereas a seeker generally is dead VS two opponents.

That's the reason I've recently disliked having Fury at all.

Seeker without Furry is like a Witch without Gate or a Templar without Heal Smiley

(if it isnt a trapper)

Oh, he deals no damage? Armor breaker, kneecap, bullrush, brutal combination, sticky bomb... Do they not deal damage? Having no Fury gives you one skill slot and 12 skill points. Using no Fury takes away the NEED to have someone to hack, which takes away the risking of your own death and your teams life, aswell you won't get extra damage. In public games fury can be good. In GvG games, I don't like it. The fight is already over or about to be over when the fury is really doing something.

I like the versatility of a non rage seeker, the gameplay is completesly different, but for instance, TWO fury seekers against my sweet templar that's a hard nut to crack, I can hold ONE, but that's just half the picture. I think two skilled fury seekers easily kills my templar before I kill one, and hold the other. BR normal hit, AB, BR normal hit KB, and my templar has problems.
