It seems that a lot of people keep forgetting these simple rules, so I'll post them here.
Rule 1: Be friendly! This is the most important rule of this community: Be friendly to others! Don't insult, taunt or willfully try to hurt other people. Before you post on the forum or chat in-game, take a second to think about what you've written. Everybody deserves and want to have a pleasant community where people get along and have a good time. Only you have the power to make that happen!
Rule 2: Use of language Whether it's chatting in-game or posting on the forums, mind your language! You can still express your feelings, but take a moment to think about how you are doing it. It's often how you say it, not what you say that hurts people. Stay clear from obscene language with references to stuff like paedophilia, pornography or language that offends people due to their race, gender, age, origin, religion or sexual orientation and everyone will have a much better time.
Rule 3: Account and character names When naming your character, don't name it into anything inappropriate. Names that are highly offensive to someone because of their race, gender, age, origin, religion or sexual orientation will not be accepted and may be forcefully changed by the developers of the game. Obscene names with references to paedophilia, pornography and other offensive names may also be changed by the developers.
Now to the problem of enforcing the rules, especially nr 1 and 2. There are no chat logs that I am aware of, so the only way for me to take action if someone insults, taunts in the ingame chat or if you are kicked from a game without reason is to provide some kind of proof, like a screenshot or two, or maybe someone else who can "testify" for you. Because the other party will most likely not admit that he did anything wrong.
But the best solution is of course if you are able to make peace without my interference. Try to send a polite message to the other party asking for an explanation or some kind of reason for their actions before contacting me.
Peace out.

+1 . Nice advice. But isn't this just a shortened version of the community policy?

The three rules are the community policy, I was just under the impression that most people did not read them.
Or were you talking about the quote?

I agree Swiss, dawnspire does have a great community, but there are a few who call names when other players dont play as well as them. but if everyone tried to be friendly and helpful to new faces, then maybe the game could grow. The last thing someone wants to hear is "IDIOT why would you........", happened to me, and maybe I am an idiot, I wonder how many others just gave up and went to a different game?

If they call you names then just take a screenshot, upload it to imageshack or some other image host, send it to me and I will make them cry =)

Well, if someone calls you an idiot, (I sometimes have days when I'm louder than others, myself. I don't remember calling anyone anything NOT in a humorous fashion), why not make it clear that you are not.
You can be a noob. That is not the same as being an idiot. An idiot never surpasses noobhood. It's possible that once genital hairs begins to appear, slowly, he will turn from the fragger path. A clear, and good way, to make it clear that you are not an idiot, is to hit "ENTER" and write: "OK then, what should I have done?"
If he cannot answer this, the namecaller is in fact the idiot. If he stumbles all over himself in an attempt to make intelligent sentances because he's just got a chance here to prove himself, yes, then he is still the idiot in question, even if it's slightly less so.
